We are proud to announce our most economical-no-thrills-no-outrageous-fees two day scrapbook weekend. Join us on Fri, March 5 through Saturday, March 6 to seriously get some scrapbooking DONE! This bare bones crop will be held at First Assembly of God, Family Life Center in Humble, Tx. Pack your scrapbooking supplies, grab your friends, or group and join us!
We are anticipating a large crop in order to offer such a bargain price. In order to keep costs down, we won't be doing goodie bags or welcome gifts, but we'll still have door prizes and "Scrapbook Junkie" has agreed to come back and provide all the supplies you would get at a scrapbook store.
PRICE: This event will be sold as a full weekend spot for only- $45/full weekend or $30 for one day. Spots will sell out fast, so don't hesitate to register! This is will be an AWESOME event! Here are a few of the details:
Reserved Seating: If you're coming with a group ... just let us know at the time of registration and we'll reserve a cluster of spots together. Seating in our cropping room and table grouping can accommodate a large group.SPACE: Everyone will get half of a large round table.
HOURS: The crop will begin on Friday at 9 am - Midnight; Saturday 9am - 3pm. Think how many pages or projects you'll complete UNINTERUPTED by screaming kids, housekeeping, starring at unfinished household projects, laundry, and worse of all croppers block!
SECURITY: We will have some men who will patrols the doors during the evening, and will patrol the parking area as croppers are leaving in the late evenings.
CHAIRS: Regular padded banquet chairs
LIGHTING: The room has fluorescent and halogen canister lighting and is brightly lit.
ELECTRIC: We can't promise that you'll be seated next to an outlet. We recommend that you bring your own extension cord and power strip, and we'll be happy to help 'tape down' the cord to the carpet. Also, we have several Cricut machines available to use, so just bring your own cartridges for your own use.
SHOPPING: Shop at your leisure at "The Scrapbook Junkie" who will be on site. They will have all your essential supplies throughout the two day as well as lots of new product.
You will have unlimited use of our "Get it Done" Center which will include:Multiple Cricut MachinesIdea books librarySewing MachineHeat Embossersplus much much more…Food at this event: We will provide dinner on Friday night and breakfast on Saturday morning. For more flexibility you are on your own for all other meals. Eat when you want, where you want. That’s why our price is low.
